Types of counseling services we offer
Counseling services can take a number of different forms such as psychotherapy (also known as “talk therapy”), specialized counseling for children and teens, marriage and couples counseling and family / parental counseling. Sometimes people find that a combination of individual counseling and relationship or family counseling can be effective and also be less expensive as couples counseling often isn’t covered by your health insurance plan.
