This office building is on the Northwest corner of Madison Avenue and Ogden Avenue in Hinsdale. It is west of York Road and East of Kingery (RTE. 83). It is across the street from Hinsdale Animal Hospital and from where the old Amlings used to be. Our billing staff, Anise Silva (LCSW), Gregory Eaton (LCPC), Jennifer Barg (Psy.D.), and Mark Kuzia (Psy.D.) work out of this office.

This office building is located on Summit Avenue which (also known as Midwest Road when you are south of Butterfield Road). We are one block north of Butterfield Road on the west side of the street. Please look for the sign for the building that says “Terrace Executive Center” as you approach the building from the south. Dr. Burda, Dr. Nayak, Kathy Klein (LCPC) and Cammie Depke (LCPC) work out of this office location.
